Pitching your property to buyers, receive offers and handing them over to you for consideration.

Facilitate signing of the contract for sale between you and the buyer.

Receive deposit from the buyer.

Liaising with the buyer, the buyer’s conveyancer and your conveyancer on any matters pertaining to the sell of the property.

Facilitating the settlement of the property.
